We ship within 3 business days of your order via UPS Ground, with FREE SHIPPING on all items.

At C&S Cedar Products we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of receipt of the product. We want you to feel comfortable placing your order with us and for you to have the confidence in us to stand behind everything we sell. Restrictions do apply, so please read our return policy below.

RETURN POLICY

*If you are not completely satisfied your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt of the product for a refund of the purchase price, excluding return shipping and a 20% restocking charge.

*If a product is damaged during shipping, we will send you a replacement part free of charge, or if it is damaged beyond that, we will replace the product at no charge to you.

*All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number and must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and all accessories.

*Returns without authorization and any non-damaged items refused at destination are not eligible for refund.

*Cancellations will be accepted prior to shipment at no charge to buyer.

*Cancellations after shipment will be subject to the buyer paying return shipping and a 20% restocking charge.

If you have a store or nursery ask about our Stocking Distributor program, or if you are looking for seating for a hotel or anywhere else a large quantity of furniture is needed, please contact us as provided above.
